Environmental Investments

ARkandha^® The environmental investments module supports decision making related to the different environmental investments in a territory, as part of the environmental licensing obligations or as a result of voluntary investments.

ARkandha^® By environmental investment understands all the actions and resources that must be invested to comply the use of groundwater or surface water (1%), compensation for changes in land use, use of renewable natural resources, substraction of areas, loss of biodiversity , among others.

DUTY IDENTIFICATION

With the environmental license, permit or authorization as a starting point, ARkandha^® analyzes and determines the obligations and commitments that derive from them.

CARTOGRAPHIC AND DOCUMENTARY ANALYSIS

Through the analysis of cartographic and documentary databases, a list of potential intervention areas is identified, as well as their associated actions, for the fulfillment of the project's environmental obligations and commitments.

QUICK ECOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT

A group of ARkandha^® experts conducts a field trip to validate the areas and actions that will be established in the Environmental Investment Plan.

ENVIRONMENTAL INVESTMENT PLAN

ARkandha^® designs an Environmental Investment Plan that responds to the obligations established by the environmental authority taking into account technical, environmental and cost-effectiveness criteria, which seek to re-establish the ecosystem services affected by the operation of a project, work or activity.

FOLLOW-UP AND TRAKING

ARkandha^® follows up and monitors the investment plan through a package of indicators that are articulated with the environmental compliance reports (ICA in spanish) that at the end of the operation contribute to the legal closing of the obligations.
